Perfect for a motorcycle
I needed a bungee web for lashing down a 55 litre dry bag onto my motorcycle. This web works perfect for that and expands as I stuff more things into my dry bag. The web is quality made with decent size hooks that have rubber tips to protect the finish on my bike. I've used the bungee web on several trips and it's kept my dry bag in place everytime. This probably wouldn't work well on a car - it's a bit small for that. The web is good for ATVs and motorcycles. The photo with the ATV make the web look bigger than it is - or the photographer stretched it out to it's maximum capacity. I thought it might be too big but actually it was perfect size.
Handy
This is really handy to hold down small loads, has a lot of stretch and the hooks are solid so they won't bend.
Works fine.
So far only used this to hold a helmet on to my backseat. Works fine for that, I imagine i can fit plenty of stuff with this. Great value, decently made, no complaints.

Great Motorcycle Cargo Net
I highly recommend this net, as it has full plactic hooks (not plastic coated metal ones). The price was exceptional and is a great value. These nets are so much better than single line bungees, for items such as helmets and jackets.

a must have
this is a must have if you ride a motorcycle. you can tie down all kinds of things. I have had one for a couple of years now and have used it more time than a could count. I have resently bought a couple more as gifts for other riders and they are as satisfied as I am.
Great Product for Price
Definitely useful for long trips on a motorcycle and I have used it on a dozen or so trips. A little bigger than what I was expecting though, I have a 18"X10"X10" backpack that I use it for and I find it a little loose if I don't throw an additional hoodie or something else in with it to keep it tight.
Works as Advertised
Does not work well with my motorcycle. Hooks not very easy to use. Overall craftsmanship is great. Can't blame the manufacture or vender for my unhappiness.

Perfect Size for Carrying Groceries on Your Bike
This product is a net made out of 1/4" bungee cord, with four hooks. The hooks are rubber coated, so they don't scratch, and they have flared tip covers so they won't snag fabrics. The whole assembly weighs just under 4 ounces, and it collapses to about the size of a medium size vitamin bottle, so it's easy to carry everywhere in a backpack without taking up too much room. This net is absolutely ideal for carrying groceries using your mountain bike rack. After trying it with a grocery sack that was half full and seeing that it holds the sack absolutely rock steady, I was ready to put it to the ultimate test. I used it to return from the grocery store about 2 miles away carrying one large doubled (one inside the other) paper grocery sack that was filled right to the top with very heavy items. It held 3 half gallons of milk, two 4 lb steak packages, and two large frozen vegetable packages - 25 lbs worth of food. I put the grocery bag on the mountain rack that...
Bike net
A good replacement for bungee cords as long as your load is large enough. I find that I still need a smaller bungee cord for littler items.

Polaris Introduces Another New Member of the RANGER RZR Family

27.07.11
MINNEAPOLIS, MN – July 27, 2011 – (Motor Sports Newswire) – Since 2008, Polaris has introduced a new RANGER RZR model every year and Model Year 2012 will be no different, introducing the new RANGER RZR 570, the second trail-capable side-by-side in... The engine is the second in the ProStar family, made specifically for Side-by-Side vehicles, which also includes the ProStar 900 introduced earlier this year in the RANGER RZR XP 900. “With the success of the RANGER RZR 800, we saw the need for a single-cylinder model at a price point that will allow more customers to enter the trail-capable Side-by-Side segment. “The launch of the RANGER RZR 800 introduced the industry to the first trail-capable Side-by-Side,” said Matt Homan, vice president and general manager of Polaris’ Off-Road Division.

Outreach Part I-Peru Update V. II

A launcha is a large cargo/people boat that carries cargo on the bottom deck and then carries people on the top two decks. I missed those things that one would miss about the good ol U. S of A. when being in a different country. It is funny how being gone on a trip into deeper parts of the jungle made me long for a different home but not my States home. There are poles set up and everyone ties up there hammocks and stays on the open deck (there was a roof but the sides were not closed in). Everyone is sleeping together like one big slumber party but not quite as fun. I missed taking the motorcycles out and going to town. We recently returned from a two week long outreach trip into deeper parts of the jungle. I missed the food Jen and I cook everyday and sleeping in the same bed as my husband....

After returning from our most recent six-day stint of field work I left Cochabamba for the weekend with a friend to see the much talked about Chapare region southeast of the city. I’ve been hearing about El Chapare for the better part of a year now as the bulk of Cochabamba’s fresh fruits, fish and supply of coca leaf inevitably originates from this particular region of the Amazon basin. However, I only now gathered the initiative to go. And so my friend and I hopped on an early morning minibus descending out of the highland urban sprawl of Cochabamba and watched brown scrubland and scorched foothills give way to tangles of... Rundown boxcar eateries boasting plastic deck furniture fought back the jungle’s edge at uneven intervals along the highway serving hungry truckers—travelers in the constant caravan...

While cargo nets are about the only way to safely secure a spare helmet on the back of a motorcycle I seldom carry a spare helmet. What I do favor are heavy- duty bungee cords, the kind with plastic- coated hooks to protect paint.
