Works with Jeep Liberty too
Bought this for my new 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport 4x4. Amazon product info did not identify this item as a fit for my vehicle and I hadn't been able to find one anywhere else including MOPAR web site. It arrived today and I put it on. Perfect fit.

does the job, but still have room for improvement....
Purchased this item last month...so i can use it with the load warrior basket on my scion xb. The net is very strong and it does what it suppose to do...holding all my stuff inside the basket while driving...there are only 2 things that i don't like about this product....1) the price is too expensive for cargo net...you can find a similar one at your local auto shop for around $10 AFTER TAX....but since its made for the basket so i bought it anyways....2) the hooks on the net are a nightmare to untangle...the hooks catch the net at every possible chance....i was trying to open up the net when i got it out of the packaging, and it seriously took me about 10 minutes to do that by myself. when i tried to put the net on the basket by myself, it took another 10 minutes because the hooks catches every single bar of the basket....i felt so stupid just running around my car from left to right just to try to secure the hooks on the basket....as a product improvement suggestion....i think...
Custom cargo net
This cargo net is made for Yakima and has double-sided hooks made to fit the bars (thick and thin) precisely. I thought it was way overpriced but figured it was made for this rack in particular so I bought it and will probably use it repeatedly.
PAIN TO UNTANGLE
Great stretch net, just a pain in the butt to untangle the thing no matter how you try and stow it. No big deal though, what would one possibly expect?Gets the job done and looks great.

Ok for the money
This is not a terribly expensive product and for the price, it works ok. It easily fit my Jeep Cherokee--no need for the extensions which was nice. However, it required modifications for it to stay in place. The screws which are supposed to hold the cross pieces in place do not tighten enough and my dog was able to push between the cross pieces and slide them apart! My husband used clamps to secure the cross pieces and they now work fine. The device could use some spring tension to tighten it between floor and ceiling as well because it can get knocked out of place (without even loosening). All that being said, if you are handy with a few tools, this barrier works well and is rather streamlined and unobtrusive.
May as well give the dog the keys to the car
Cheap, cheap, cheap. The screws don't tighten-up enough to secure the bars from moving, so the dog can slide them up and down and from side to side. Sometime they even went from side to side when I was turning a corner. The top and bottom "feet" slide out of place no matter how much you tighten the wing nut. Twice, while driving down the road, the thing just fell on top of the dog!!!After securing all the moving parts with duct tape and gluing rubber on the feet in an attempt to keep them from moving, which they still do...( & I'm still trying to replace the seatbelt that the dog ate before I found out the bars slide,I am using it, but I wish I had bought a better brand. Don't buy this product. Spend a little more and get a better barrier.
Works fine for a small station wagon
We wanted a barrier to keep our German Shepherd from nosing our backseat passengers in our Ford Escort wagon. Petco and Petsmart had versions of this for $60-$70. I was a little hesistant to order online because there weren't any MINIMUM dimensions (lots of maximum heights for SUVs). However, this works great (it would fit even in a smaller space, if there are any smaller cars out there) and was less than half the cost of buying from a pet supply company.

Works great at first
I bought this to keep my 2 dogs safely inside my jeep while driving around town. The first time i put it on it was very tight and stayed on very well. After using it all summer it started streching and the bottom sides would start coming undone. If you are using it for cargo you should be ok but i added extra straps to make it stronger. My dogs life is too important to chance it.
A Little Security / Great for Carrying Inner Tubes
I actually purchased the Cargo Restraint System so that my dog would not get "Wanderlust" when I went inside the grocery store to do some shopping. It has other uses also. Have you ever gotten your groceries packed in the back of an open Jeep in a busy parking lot just to remember that you forgot to purchase an item and need to go back into the store and leave all of your groceries unattended??? A six-pack of really expensive beer and forty dollars worth of Baby Back ribs, already in bags and sitting in the back of an open Jeep, would make an extremely tempting target for someone wheeling their cart back to their car. People might not notice a quick "grab the bag and add it to your cart", but they probably would notice someone someone either opening your tailgate or unattaching the retraint bar and then unzipping the rear of the C.RES to grab your stuff. Sure it won't keep a determined thief out, but it does have a tendency of keeping the honest person honest.I can...
Looks good
Looks great on my 1992 Jeep Wrangler YJ. It is made out of the same material as a soft top. The only thing I am worried about is there isn't any reinforcement around the cutouts so we will see if i get any tears in high wind. other than that great product.
