Great Value - Great BikeBike is a great value for $249. It has an excellent gear shift system, great brakes, comfortable dual suspension, decent saddle and very nice appearance. It needs much better instructions on how to center the front disk brake and stem/handle bars. The Jeep Cherokee Sport provides a very good ride on pavement and moderate trails. I have not taken it out on rugged trails because I do not have the necessary stamina and not because I do not trust the bike. Shipment box had one hole in it resulting in a small scratch but otherwise the bike shipped quite well through FedEX. I gave my much more expensive road racer bike to my son because of the harsher ride and bent over rider position which at my age was now uncomfortable. I enjoy riding this bike much more than the racer even though it is a little heavier at 38.5 lbs. I would highly recommend this bike but believe maufacturer needs to supplement assembly instructions on how to center and adjust the disc brakes.

The jeep cherokee bike is not bad. It has a nice design. Very easy to assemble. The shifting is very nice hit all gear very well. the best part of the bike is by far the disc brake which work perfectly. The price for value is okay. the only problem i have with this bike is the seat being rock hard.I am replacing it which i guess may be a problem with alot of bikes. So with my new seat it is worth owning.

when the box got here . it had already been open(all staples popped), and tapped back closed . the box was in bad shape and it had 2 big holes and many little holes in it . i took the bike out and it was'nt packaged very well scratched up and just tossed in the box) .i still went through with removing and assembling the bike . seamed to be half decent quality , ok for the price . got to the point where i was gonna put the front wheel on and found out one of the tubes on the front forks was twisted 45Deg's out fron center . their was no chipped paint to indicate it had been bent from shopping or packing . i think it was bent befor painting . so i put it back in the box i packed it better then it was when i got it) and sent it back . they did refund my money within 1 week so that was good . the only thing that bothered me is with the damaged pre oppened box and bad packaging , it almost looks like it had already been sent to someone els and they found out it built wrong , so they...

They're the only game in town.....I waited as long as i could to see if any better options became available for the new Grand Cherokee, but i finally needed them for a trip. There is still no other choice! Basically, what see is what you get, and they are not as functional as the stock rack on my old 2000 Grand Cherokee. Pro: They are very sturdy. Definitely stronger than the ones on my 2000 G.cherokee. Cons: 1. They are too tall... and for no apparent good reason. 2. They are difficult to adjust. You need to unlock both ends, slide the rubber insert back and forth to expose the screws, and you need to use the special allen wrench (included). 3. They have nothing to hook a bungee to! There are no loops or eye holes anywhere to secure a bungee cord!! These bars were designed by idiots in my opinion..... no to mention the rails on the Cherokee which are very short. Simply strapping a few 10 ft 2x4's to this roof rack is a bit scary..... never a problem on my...
2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Roof Racks
For a vehicle that is extremely well designed and of top quality, the roof racks seem to indicate that the engineers at Jeep must have had a short day when they came up with the roof rack design. Once installed, they are suitable, but they are not particularly easy to put on and remove. They are more suited to be installed and forgotten. Since senior management prefers the clean look, I remove when not in use, and the process improves with practice.

I just bought a new mountain bike, a Jeep Cherokee and it is giving me some gear trouble.?
I'm having trouble changing gears. Many times it will not let me change into the highest and lowest gears after I change the handle bar switch to those respective gears. Instead it will rattle like it is trying to change into those gears, but it won't
go to a bike store to get it fixed. Not something you want to adjust not having done it before. You could make the problem worse.
It is caused from cable stretch.
Ask the shop if they can show you how to adjust in case

the bike is champions editon, limited edtion only made 1000 of them.
How much could i sell the bike for?
The Champions edition is really cool. I wouldn't use it for commuting though. Ultimately, you're the one that can say if the trade is worth it to you or not.
