Pays for itselfOne use and it just about pays for itself. Nice diagrams included in a sturdy molded case not some cheapo feeling case either. Tool works flawlessly and seems to be very well made from strong materials. This is the right tool for ac clutches.
Excellent Product - The Tight tool at right price
I was trying to take an ac clutch off of a 99 Park Avenue and tried everything. I ordered this set and had the clutch plate off in minutes. It was easy to use and I especially like the easy to read laminated users manual built into the case. I have only used this kit on 1 car, but from the description they will work on almost all domestic and foreign car ac clutches.

Good Charging Slide RuleI enjoy good quality tools, and this slide rule is one of them. Well worth the price. I use it in my business all the time.
Handy tool to have.
If you don't want to spend a ton getting another electronic tool, this is super handy to have in the bag. Sometimes I don't have all my tools with me, so this is a quick and easy way to whip the manifold gauges on & verify whether you need to go get all the other tools. It's easy to read and understand only if you're familiar with HVAC. If not, you don't need this anyway, because it won't do you as much good as getting a technician out to help you.

awesome AC coverThis is an excellent cover. It didn't have a perfect fit, but I knew ahead of time since our AC size is 29Wx29Dx37H. It is good enough to cover the unit from the rain, etc. And the it has a good weight to it so the cover should stay put with heavy wind. The material of this product is very heavy duty in my opinion. One of the corner has an opening where your pipe goes (even though it's not picture) so that's an extra feature that I was afraid I had to cut when it arrives. But, it's all good. Buy this if you need a cover and the AC unit is smaller than the cover.

This is a very durable cover. The others that I have had were all plastic and did not weather well. This is a very clean looking and I am expecting a long use life.

Modern Refrigeration ResourceThanks to the length of time this book has been available and the frequent revisions to the copyright, it continues to get bigger and better as time goes on. My bookshelf has at least 5 of those revisions that frequently get utilized . Each revision builds upon the prior publication and expands on the detail they provide. This publication represents an established reference standard for the HVAC/R Industry. It is especially valuable because of the extent of the different technical topics presented within its covers. Some have tried to copy the format and the content but still fail to match its quality and level of professionalism.

mechanics charge way too much for a/c service..my 96 gmc sonoma needs it's air conditioning recharged. i need a step by step guide to do it myself. the tools i need and equipment to do it myself.

What equipment is needed to pull a vacuum on a R-410a split air conditioner system?
I took a class a while back on a/c to be certified to handle refrigerant, but cant remember the names of the tools i need. I would like to know specific names of the fittings, hoses, and vacuum pump to connect to a 2ton mini split air conditioning system.
Sorry, but if you are not certified to do this kind of work you could not only damage your system, but release refrigerant into the atmosphere, which as you know is illegal. Best leave this to a professional. Just so you know, you will need at least
