Works when dealing with oversized tires.
I have a 37" tire that I needed to mount and the tire carrier I have wouldn't work. This product works and works well to help carry that with out any issues. I would recommend this product.

Yes, it does include all the nuts and bolts for the job
The Rampage 86616 kit was necessary after installing aftermarket bumpers to our 2006 Jeep Unlimited. The 31" tires would not clear the new tube bumper and required a kit to make the outward and upward shift necessary for all to work well. This kit includes all the hardware for the included brake light relocation bracket as well as the bolts necessary to allow you to use your existing factory lug nets to secure the tire once again to the tailgate. I could reuse my existing theft resistant lugs and I had used before needing this bracket. Everything was included, well labeled, precise and fit perfectly. Good job to all. Again, the relocation bracket for the brake light and hardware is not shown but is in the box.

Heavy duty and satisfied overall!
When I received this product it was well packaged and had some weight to it. I was pleased to find that it was made of iron. The instructions were on one page but very clear. They even had specific comments for installing on my 2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ.The only negative is that the 3rd light bracket barely makes it past my 33" Goodyear Duratrack. They say it will work with a 33" tire but it's doesn't completely clear my spare tire.Overall, I am very pleased because of the quality and that all parts were included to complete my project.

Exeptional Quality
I shopped around from other makers of this cover and tried to buy the best money could buy. The price was a consideration, but was mainly in quality. This cover a year later has provided lasting beauty to my Jeep with no regrets. The price was right and the quality high. I would buy this product or other items from this manufacturer in a heart beat if needed. Highly recommend if you want to best for less.Footnote: I recently traded my 2006 Jeep and the cover still looked like new after over a year's use in all weather conditions. I bought a new Jeep and purchased this same cover for the new vehicle, only in a larger size for the new larger wheels. That's another thing, Bestop has sizes for all wheel applications, rather than one size fits all. I am extremely satisfied with Bestop again in my second and different application.

Perfect Fit: 2012 Wrangler Sahara
The tire cover is a perfect fit for the stock spare on my Jeep Wrangler. The tire is a bit over 31" in diameter and it was a snug fit that took a little work to get on, but now that it is it fits perfectly. Do not order this if your tire is wider than 31".

Does what it's supposed to.
Got the cover in two days and put on my 31" spare. Pulled it back off to adjust and the elastic cord broke. The ends of the elastic were poorly connected. Luckily, my mom knows how to sew, so we un-stitched the outer part some and I used a copper wire crimp to crimp the two ends back together, than sewed it back up. Works great. Some may say I should have returned it for being defective, but for a $9 tire cover, shipping it back would have been pointless.

What can I say, it covers the tire to protect it from UV, and is cheap. Why buy an expensive one?
